Resistance bands are one of the more versatile training aids that you can use for a lower body workout. Due to COVID, we can't go to the gym, so we're putting together our own little gym in the basement. There are 4 of us using it and we are all at different levels, so I'm getting different types of equipment that will work for all of us. I'm also trying to find things that will work for multiple areas of the body. Resistance bands are my goto, not only for working on my booty, but for my entire lower body, as well as my overall core strength. I got these to replace an old set that was stretched out and starting to fall apart. They're extremely well constructed bands that are made with thick and sturdy elastic. They have a non-stick grip, which keeps them in place no matter what exercise I'm doing. The width is perfect and I haven't encountered any rolling or slipping while using these. They're very comfortable and quite durable. Each band is a different color depending on their resistance weight. They're all nicely labeled with the level, so you won't accidentally grab the wrong one. I'm extremely happy with the performance of these bands and they're actually some of the better bands that I've used.
