So, the Gyms in Fresno California are closed....been closed since April. Every month we hear "they will open soon". well, 10lbs and a flabby body later (just kidding) I decided I should take matters into my own hands.I bought this band set and an 11pcs resistance band set with the hope that I can maintain muscle until the Gym opens again. I bought this set because I wanted something to help with Legs mainly.You can find countless youtube videos on with great details on how to use these. Amazon prime even has some great videos.In two weeks, i can noticeably see improvement and feel the muscle changes!!Its well worth the price!
